Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Dazzle: Jigsaw Puzzle Art mobile application (the “App”).

Summary

• We sync your puzzle progress to the cloud so you can back it up and restore it.
• If you choose to sign in with Apple, we store your name and email.
• We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used.
• We do not show ads, do not track you across other apps or websites, and do not access your photos, location, or contacts.

1. Information we collect

Account information

If you choose to use Sign in with Apple, we receive and store your name and email address. Signing in is optional — you can use the App without an account.

Gameplay data

We store records of the puzzles you complete and related progress so it can be backed up and restored across your devices.

Usage and diagnostic data

We use Firebase Analytics (a Google service), which collects standard app-usage events (such as app opens and session starts) and a small set of custom gameplay events. We do not use advertising identifiers (no IDFA), and the App does not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt because we do not track you across apps or websites.

Purchases

Subscriptions (Jigsaw Premium) and consumable hint packs are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation of your entitlement and transaction status from Apple; we do not receive or store your payment card details.

Game Center

If you use Apple Game Center features (leaderboards and achievements), those are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policy.

2. What we do not collect

We do not access your photo library, precise location, or contacts. We do not use advertising identifiers, and we do not sell your personal data.

3. How we use information

• To provide, back up, and restore your gameplay.
• To operate and validate subscriptions and in-app purchases.
• To understand usage in aggregate and improve the App.
• To respond to your requests and provide support.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (for optional sign-in and analytics); and the performance of a contract and our legitimate interests (to provide and improve core gameplay and cloud sync). You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Third-party services

• Apple — App Store, Sign in with Apple, Game Center, and in-app purchases. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.
• Google Firebase — Authentication, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, Analytics, and Hosting. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Firebase’s privacy information.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers above to operate the App, or where required by law.

7. Data retention and storage

We keep your account and gameplay data for as long as your account exists or as needed to provide the App. Puzzle completion records and cloud sync are stored in a Google Realtime Database located in the EU (europe-west1). Some processing by Google services (including Firebase Analytics) may occur on infrastructure outside the EU, including in the United States.

8. Your rights and choices

• Account deletion — If you have an account, you can delete it in the App (Settings → Account), which permanently removes your synced cloud data.
• Sign out — You can sign out at any time.
• Analytics — You can limit analytics collection by not signing in and through your device settings.
• EEA/UK rights — You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, and portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent.
• California (CCPA) rights — You have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

9. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including Google Firebase’s managed infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. International users

We are based in Ukraine and process data using Google’s infrastructure. By using the App, you understand your information may be processed in countries other than your own.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
