Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Individual Entrepreneur Ternovskyi Vladyslav (“we”, “us”) for your use of the Dazzle: Jigsaw Puzzle Art mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Apple Standard EULA

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Unless you have a separate written agreement with us, your license to use the App is also governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple Standard EULA”), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA regarding an Apple-required term, the Apple Standard EULA governs for that term.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, consistent with the Apple Standard EULA and these Terms.

3. Your account

Signing in with Apple is optional. If you sign in, you are responsible for your Apple ID and for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions (Jigsaw Premium)

The App offers an auto-renewable subscription, “Jigsaw Premium.”

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• If we change the subscription price, Apple will notify you and, where required, ask for your consent before the change takes effect.
• Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, if applicable.

5. In-app purchases (hints)

The App offers consumable in-app purchases (hint packs). Consumables have no monetary value, are not transferable, and are generally non-refundable. All purchases are processed by Apple; refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by using it for any unlawful purpose, exploiting or cheating, or reverse engineering the App except to the extent permitted by the Apple Standard EULA or applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The App and its content, including artwork and puzzle images, are owned by Individual Entrepreneur Ternovskyi Vladyslav or its licensors and are protected by law. Except for the license granted above, no rights are granted to you.

8. Third-party services

The App uses third-party services, including Apple Game Center and Sign in with Apple. Your use of those features is also subject to the applicable third-party terms, and you agree to comply with them.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. This does not limit the warranty and refund terms required by the Apple Standard EULA.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
